Grind & Overlay Project Begins at Yakima Intersection
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area in and around the intersection of Fair Avenue and Nob Hill Boulevard today through Thursday while a grind and overlay paving projectis underway.
City crews will be working from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
During the project, traffic delays in the area are likely. The southbound lane of Fair Avenue will be closed between Pacific Avenue and Nob Hill Boulevard for the duration of the project. The northbound lane of Fair Avenue will remain open throughout most of the project, but will be closed for a short period of time while repairs are made to it.
Drivers should use alternate routes until the project is completed.
