A jury hears closing arguments during a trial for a man accused of charging his gym members a fee and than pocketing the money.
Former 509 fitness owner Jason Sleater is accused of charging members a 20-dollar enhancement fee in order to save his business and then pocketing the funds.
Today prosecutors argued the gym contracts that the members signed did not include the enhancement fee.
Sleater's attorney argued by signing the contract the gym members were consenting to the fee.
