Jury selection begins for a Kennewick man accused of stealing money from his gym members.
Former owner of 509 Fitness Jason Sleater is accused of charging members a twenty dollar enhancement fee under a claim that it was needed to save the business and then pocketing the money when the gym closed.
He is charged with first and second degree theft.
Opening statements are expected to begin tomorrow morning.
