Local Charity Receives One Million Dollar Donation

A charity foundation in Yakima receives a one million dollar donation today.
Yakima Regional and the Health Management Associates Center held its 9th annual one million dollar donation luncheon -- which went to the Yakima Valley Community Foundation.
The money was donated to the charity in order to help it continue providing services to various groups in the Yakima Valley.
Both organizations pledged to make an annual contribution of one million dollars to the charity for a period of ten years.
