Police Seek Man For Taking Children to Mexico

Yakima police are looking for a man accused of taking his two children from their mother, who has custody, and illegally taking them to Mexico. Below is the official release from the Yakima Police Department:
On 10/15/12 the Yakima Police Department received a complaint that 38 yr old Jorge Zamora Mora had taken his two children from their mother and then left for Mexico; taking the children with him. The mother advised that she had not given Mora permission to take the children out of the country and had no knowledge that he had done so until approx. 2 days after he’d left Yakima.
Upon investigation, Yakima detectives confirmed that Mora and two young children matching the missing children’s physical descriptions used a bus service to get to an undisclosed location in Mexico. It is further suspected that Mora used false names for the children when purchasing bus tickets.
Mora’s action violates a court order outlining visitation requirements and unequivocally obstructs the mother’s custodial rights over the two children.
A warrant has been issued for Mora for Custodial Interference 1st degree. The children have been entered in to National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as missing and endangered.
Anyone having information regarding the location of the suspect and these two children are encouraged to contact the Yakima Police department, or if they are outside of Yakima, their local law enforcement agency.
The suspect Jorge Zamora Mora, is a Hispanic male, DOB: 03/07/1974, 6’0” 220 lbs, brown eyes, very short black hair.
The missing children are:
Jorge Alexis Mora Najar, Hispanic male, DOB: 07/01/2006, 4’0”, 55 lbs, brown eyes, black hair. He may have an alias of Raul Gonzalez.
Marlen Mora, Hispanic female, DOB: 04/13/2008, 3’6”, 36 lbs, brown eyes, black hair. She may have an alias of Juanita Gonzalez.
