Man Shot In Arm and Torso
3rd and E Streets
A Yakima man is hospitalized early this morning after a shooting at the intersection of 3rd and E Streets.
About 1:30 this morning police found 27-year-old Jose Avalos with gunshot wounds to his arm and torso.
Witnesses reported seeing a white truck leaving the area at the time of the shooting.
Avalos was taken to the hospital and treated for non life threatening injuries.
Investigators have not determined if the shooting was gang related.
