Gas Prices Could Start Rising
Gas prices in Washington state and up and down the west coast could start rising soon due to production issues at several refineries.
Several gas price experts said the price for a gallon could soon rise 15 cents, and motorists may not see relief until early November.
Prices are already at a record for this time of year due to a lack of a typical slump drivers see after the summer driving season ends.
According to the AAA, the average price for a gallon of gas in Washington state is $4.03, $4.00 in Yakima and $3.97 in the Tri-Cities.
