KPD looking to identify suspect who used stolen credit card
Kennewick Police are looking to identify a woman who allegedly used a stolen credit card on October 31 at numerous locations in Kennewick.
The suspect is a white female with long black hair. She was wearing a dark jacket, dark colored baseball cap, ripped jeans and Eskimo style boots. She left in a red Ford Mustang.
