Thanksgiving meal to cost a little more this year
Your Thanksgiving meal is going to cost a little more money this year compared to 2011.
The American Farm Bureau Federation reports the classic meal for ten people will cost $49.48.
That's 28 cents higher than last year.
The biggest price increase is in the turkey.
A 16 pound bird costs an average of 66 cents more than last year.
You'll also pay a little less for whipping cream, stuffing and fresh cranberries this year.
