Transit Shooting Suspect Pleads 'Not Guilty'

A second suspect in a fatal shooting at the Yakima Transit Center pleads not guilty in court today.
23 year old Irving Alvarez is charged with second degree murder -- police say he a 15 year old boy are suspected of shooting and killing 26 year old Octavio Rangel about 3 weeks ago.
Prosecutors have filed requests to have the teenage tried as an adult.
Alvarez will be back in court next month.
