Perched high atop the Blue Mountains in Southeast Washington with a base elevation of 4,450 feet, Bluewood occupies the second-highest base elevation in the state. It has a reputation of possibly having the best snow in the state as well as memorable tree skiing. For those who are unfamiliar with this zone the Blue Mountains rise out of a desert region, which provides clear skies and cold, smoke powder that totals over 300 inches annually. The mountain currently offers 24 trails on 400+ acres and if you are searching for no lines, soft, dry, forgiving pow pow Bluewood is your mountain.
