Brush Fire Threatens Homes
Brush Fire
A 200 acre brush fire in East Valley threatened six homes yesterday afternoon.
Firefighters responded to the area of Saint Hilaire and Norman Street around 3 yesterday afternoon.
Crews put the flames out in about 20 minutes but remained on the scene until ten last night.
The cause is still under investigation, but the fire department says sparks from a passing vehicle may be to blame.
