Someone has a 11 Million Dollar Lottery Ticket
One winning ticket was sold for last night's $11 Million Lotto jackpot in the Washington State Lottery.
A Lottery spokesperson says the jackpot had been growing for the past six months, since a $2.8 million winner in November.
The Lotto has only hit $11 million once since the game was restructured in 2006.
