Fatal Crash In Toppenish
North Track Road
A fatal crash in Toppenish temporarily closes a main road.
Before 4 in the morning a car traveling on north Track road, overcorrected, left the roadway and hit a telephone pole .
Police say 25 year old Filiberto Gil and 18 year old Alberto Mendez were not wearing their seat belts and both were ejected out of the car.
It is unknown if alcohol or drugs may have been a factor in the crash.
Troopers have not confirmed who was the driver.
