Teacher Fighting to Get License Back

The East Valley teacher acquitted of sexual misconduct involving two of her students, is fighting to get her teaching certificate back.
The state superintendent's office suspended Michele Taylor's credential for a year, a judge will hear her appeal monday in Yakima.
It could take two to three months for a decison. Taylor has been on paid administrative leave since June 2009.
