Toppenish Leaders Approve Car Tab Fee Hike

While Yakima leaders delay a decision on car tabs, Toppenish leaders move forward with their own hike on car tab fees.
Last night the city council voted to raise car tab fees by $20. Leaders say the money will raise more than $100,000 a year for street maintenance and repairs.
The increase won't go into effect for six months.
