Spike Strips Deployed To Stop Stolen Vehicle
Two Oak Harbor teens are arrested in Ellensburg after a chase and manhunt yesterday.
Police say just after 2:30 pm a stolen vehicle crashed into another car on I-90.
The car continued to drive onto Hwy 10 where troopers deployed a spike strip to stop the car.
The driver was taken into custody at the scene but the passenger fled.
The passenger was found a couple hours later and taken into custody.
The passenger did have outstanding warrants.
