Apartment Fire in Wapato
Wapato apartment fire
Fire damages three apartments in Wapato this afternoon.
Firefighters say the fire broke out around 3 p.m. at a complex on South Frontage Road. The complex is next to the fire station.
A person inside one of the apartments saw the fire, and called for help. The fire spread to the next door units through the attic.
Authorities say the fire doesn't appear to be suspicious. No one was hurt. The cause is under investigation.
