State calls dumping at Double-H Farm in Grandview "illegal."

A Grandview farm agrees to pay nearly $100,000 in fines after dangerous waste is found on the property.

In March of 2009, used oil and pesticide containers were found buried at Double-H Farms on Bethany Road. Since then the department of Ecology has cleaned up the contaminates and placed monitoring wells at the site.

This summer, the Department of Ecology will check four other sites owned by Double-H Farms to test for additional waste.
