Pasco Man Offered Plea Deal for Shooting Neighbor
A Pasco man accused of shooting his neighbor last year over a dispute about dogs will have a week to decide whether or not to take a plea deal the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office offered Wednesday.
54 year-old Froilan Campos Gonzalez Junior is charged with first degree assault for allegedly shooting 24 year-old Greggory Warehime in the stomach.
Shawn Sant, Franklin County Prosecutor, said he could not go into too many details about the plea deal, but it would likely put Gonzalez in jail for eight year.
The sentence is relatively low because of some mental issues Gonzalez is suffering from, according to Sant.
