Murder Charge Officially Filed Against Joseph Shuba

First degree murder charges have officially been filed against 58 year old Joseph Shuba of Dayton, who is accused of shooting and killing his 59 year old wife Suzanne in their home Sunday.
If found guilty, Shuba faces a maximum sentence of life in prison and a possible $50,000 fine. The minimum sentence is twenty years.
The charging documents state that Suzanne Shuba was shot with .22 caliber pistol. Prior probable cause documents quoted Joseph Shuba as stating that he shot his wife because he was "tired of her"
