Cougar shot and killed in Kennewick
Cougar Killed in Kennewick-May 2, 2012
A officer with the Washington Department of Fish and Game shot and killed a cougar this morning in Kennewick.
It all happened near W. 3rd Place and Morain after the cougar was spotted in a tree.
An attempt to tranquilize the animal was not pursued out of concerns for public safety.
