The city of Union Gap will spend $8,000 to check the police and fire stations for mold, after mold is discovered at city hall.

Fire Chief Chris Jensen says a few employees at both locations are complaining of symptoms similar to those suffered by workers at city hall,  where mold was found more than a week ago.

Jensen also says both buildings have had leaky roofs in the past, and a leaky roof may be to blame for the mold problem at city hall.
