People waiting for the bus at two locations in Yakima will now be protected from the elements.
The Yakima Southwest Rotary Club recently installed two bus stop shelters, including one on West Yakima Avenue between 8th and 9th Avenue.
Yakima Transit says the shelters have glass on three sides, and they can protect riders from snow, rain and wind.
The two bus shelters cost the Rotary Club $15,000.
