Columbia Ctr Blvd Liquor Store Auctioned Again
For the third time the liquor store on Columbia Center Boulevard in Kennewick is auctioned off and sells for a fraction of the original sales price.
After the first two buyers failed to pay up-- the liquor control board sold the rights to the store again yesterday.
It originally sold for $290,000 in May -- yesterday a buyer from Alaska paid $70,000.
