Meeting Requested in New York Store Shooting Case
Walla Walla county prosecutor Jim Nagle has requested an additional meeting with the ounty sheriff's office concerning the investigation into the fatal shooting at the New York Store in May.
Details of that meeting have not been disclosed, however the sheriff's department says 22-year-old Cesar Chavira was shot and killed at the store last month by owner John Saul while Chavira was breaking in. Friends of Chavira say he was fatally shot after he ran out of the store.
Nagle is in the process of deciding whether or not Saul will be charged with any crime.
