Shooting Suspect Released
A man suspected in a shooting in a Yakima Safeway parking lot last week is released from jail.
Anastacio Lepe turned himself in to officers on Saturday after police say he shot Jaime Partida twice on Thursday.
Because Lepe has been held for 72 hours and no charges have been filed against him, he's been released.
His attorney says it is a case of self defense and that Lepe was defending himself when his cell phone was stolen.
