New Charges Filed Against Looney

Prosecuitors file new charges against a man found not guilty of premediated murder earlier this month.
Sebastain Looney is now charged with murder and first degree robbery in the 2010 death of Gary Snell Jr in what police call a drug deal gone bad.
Looney testified during his first trial he shot Snell and hid his body under his grandmother's porch but did not shoot him in the neck or the head, which is where Snell suffered his fatal injuries
