Suspect Tries To Grab Officer's Gun, Pleads Not Guilty

A man suspected of grabbing a Yakima Police Officer's gun pleads not guilty today.
Officers say Jorge Medina was in a car with three others and had a loaded pistol with him when officers confronted the group.
Despite orders given at gunpoint, police say Medina attempted to grab an officer's gun with the intent to kill him.
Medina is charged with third degree assault and first degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
