UPDATE:Sunnyside police investigate drive by shooting, victim in stable condition

Sunnyside police are investigating a drive by shooting from Saturday night that sent one man to a hospital.
Officers say the shooting happened just before 10 PM in the area of S. 6th Street and Lincoln Avenue.
According to witnesses, the 21 year-old victim, Angel Perez, was stopped at an intersection when another car pulled up next to him.
A conversation began and someone from the suspect's car fired shots at the victim.
The man suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to a local hospital, then transferred to Harborview Medical Center where is listed in stable condition.
Police believe the shooting is gang related.
They have made no arrests at this time.
