Looney Takes Stand In Own Trial

The Yakima man accused of a 2010 murder during a drug deal gone bad takes the stand in his own trial today and admits to repeatedly shooting Gary Snell Jr.
Sebastian Looney is charged with first degree murder.
He testified today, that he shot Snell in the car several times, but says he did not shoot him in the neck or head.
Looney says Gary Snell was not breathing after he fired the bullets.
Looney also admits to dragging Snell's body to his grandmothers trailer and concealing it under the porch.
