The Yakima Bears could be packing up and moving to Hillsboro, Oregon.

Last night, the Hillsboro city council approved an agreement between the city and the minor league baseball team.

The final step to bringing the club to Hillsboro is the ballpark agreement.

The Hillsboro city council approved design and building plans for a new $15 million dollar stadium that will seat 4,500 fans at the site of an existing field.

The city and team now have to work out how to pay for the stadium.

Any deal must be approved by minor and major league baseball by June 29th.
