UPDATE: Looney Murder Trial

Defense attorneys in the trial of Sebastian Looney argue that a medical examiner's claim that the victim was shot to death in a car doesn't match the evidence.
Looney is charged with 1st degree murder in the 2010 death of Gary Snell Jr in Yakima.
Today the forensic pathologist who performed the autopsy on Snell testified for the prosecution that Looney shot Snell on the right side of Snell's body.
The defense claims the patterns on the bullet don't support that claim.
The prosecution is expected to wrap up by tomorrow.
