White Swan Arsons Suspect Charged
White Swan Arson
A man suspected in a rash of arsons in the White Swan area last month-- is charged with seven counts of arson.
Four of the counts are for first degree arson, three for second degree arson. The Sheriff's Office believes 49 year old Roy Carrizal set fire to five abandoned buildings in White Swan.
The arsons were all within a few blocks of each other, and all burned to the ground. The arsons did cause some damage to neighboring homes as well.
