Union Gap Court Shooting Suspect Pleads Guilty, Is Sentenced
The suspect in a shooting in the Union Gap courthouse last year, pleads guilty to several charges and is sentenced to ten and a half months behind bars.
Michael Garza pleaded guilty to third degree assault and attempting to disarm a police officer. Last September garza was in court when he tried to escape.
A guard tasered him and pulled out his gun, Garza then put his thumb on the trigger and fired two shots. No one was hurt.
