Teens Suspected of Starting Fire Near Graveyard
Fire at a local cemetery.
Those resting in peace almost get a rude awakening this afternoon.
Witnesses at a local cemetery on 24th avenue in Yakima say they saw two teenagers playing in a brush near the graveyard.
A few moments later, the brush ignited in flames, where the two adolescents then fled the scene on their bikes.
Yakima city firefighters responded to the small fire and managed to put it out before it could reach the cemetery grounds.
Police say they are currently searching for the two boys, both who are described to be around 14 years old.
