Construction Will Begin on 16th and Tieton on Monday
16th Avenue in Yakima
The Grind and Overlay Project begins on 16 Avenue and Tieton Drive next week in Yakima.
The city says drivers are encouraged to avoid the intersection while the project is underway.
Traffic will be restricted to one lane each way, with left turns being prohibited at times.
The city says drivers should expect delays of up to 20 minutes.
Work will begin on Monday, and is expected to be completed by August 9th.
