Rte 24/241 Fire Now 75% Contained
Hwy 24/241 Fire
The fire which started near Highways 24 and 241 outside of Sunnyside is now 75% contained. The fire has consumed about 4600 acres since starting just after noon yesterday following a motorcycle crash.
No structures have been damaged, and crews hope to transition to mop up stage by 6 or 7 PM tonight.
