A Man Leads Police on a High-Speed Chase
First Street
A 70 mile-per-hour chase which began in Yakima at about six this morning ends 30 miles away in White Swan.
Police say the suspect refused to pull over during a traffic stop and took off down First Street.
The man later collided with a drug enforcement agency vehicle and continued south on I-97.
The suspect's car tire blew out in white swan, where he then fled on foot.
From a helicopter, authorities spotted the man lying down in a field.
He was arrested by the DEA.
