Charges Dropped in February Kennewick Bar Assault
The charges have been dropped in an assault case that took place outside of Jack Didley's in February.
Brian Duncan, 25-year-old from the Tri-Cities, was accused of assaulting two security guards outside of the nightclub.
The man said he was defending himself during the altercation.
Witnesses to the incident verified that Duncan was defending himself when the fight broke out, and that both parties used excessive force during the fight.
