UPDATE: Shooting Victim's Name Released
40 year old Ramon Espinoza, in town from Pasco was shot in the left shoulder last night in Yakima.
Officers say just after midnight Espinoza was in his car in the area of 1st street and east F street.
Officers say the man was shot while sitting in his car and was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Police are still investigating.
