Infant Dies in Car Accident
An infant was killed in a car accident just south of Ellensburg Sunday.
Washington State Patrol said the accident took place on Interstate 82 when a cooler fell off of vehicle.
Milo Fletcher, six months old, was a passenger in a Mazda that slowed down to avoid the cooler which was then struck from behind by a Ford truck.
Fletcher was rushed to a hospital where he eventually died from his injuries.
Five other people were injured in the accident including Fletcher's 24-year-old mother.
Charges in the accident are pending.
