Improperly Disposed of Cigarette Caused House Fire
The Kennewick Fire Department has determined that a cigarette which was put out in a combusitble container caused last Wednesday's house fire on South Lincoln St.. That fire destroyed the house, which is now uninhabitable. The fire department estimates damages at $100,000. The woman who lived there and her two children were able to escape that fire unharmed.
