Pro-Life Event Changed Because of Snow and Icy Road Conditions
St. Paul Cathedral in Yakima
An event in Yakima tomorrow marking the 39th anniversary of the Roe V. Wade decision legalizing abortion in the U.S., is being changed because of snow and ice on city streets.
Organizers say the annual "Walk For Life" scheduled for Saturday, is now a "Prayer Service For Life." The prayer begins at 1 p.m. at St. Paul Cathedral on West Chestnut Avenue.
A reception at St. Paul will follow the prayer service.
