UPDATE: Missing Snowmobiler Found in Kittitas County

The Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office located a missing snowmobiler shortly around 3 p.m. today near Ellensburg.
The Kittitas County Emergency Communication Center (KITTCOM) received a call last night that 73-year-old Howard Umland of Ellensburg was long overdue from a snowmobile outing.
Umland was riding with 4 others when he became separated.
Search teams located his abandoned snowmobile this morning and followed his footprints for about 2 miles before locating him.
Umland is reported to be in good condition and was uninjured.
