Teens For Jeans Charity Drive

A charity drive at Aeropostale is giving homeless teens the opportunity to own a new pair of jeans.

The 5th Annual Teens For Jeans Drive is aiming to collect more than 7,000 pairs of jeans.

Pasco High, Chiawana High, McGloughlin Middle School and Stevens Middle School are collecting jeans at their individual schools while Aeropostale has setup a box at the Columbia Center Mall for people to donate.

Last year the clothing retail store collected 2,300 pairs, and they are confident they are going to reach this year's goal.

Each school that is participating gets the chance to win $5,000 for the school, and a pair of jeans for every student in the school if they collect the most.

The store and schools are accepting any brand of new or gently used jeans until February 12th.

Any donation at the store will give the donor 25% off any new jean purchase.
