A Yakima woman hopes new billboards of her son who's been missing since Christmas Day 2009, will lead to a break in the case of his disappearance.
The billboards feature a picture of 58 year old Larry Riegel, and have been up for about a month. One can be seen on North First Street in Yakima.
Riegel's mother says past billboards haven't developed much useful information. She hopes the new ads will bring forth new information to solve her son's case.
"It's horribly frustrating and ten times more heartbreaking. There isn't a minute that goes by that you don't think of him," says Cese Downey.
Downey also suspects foul play may be involved in her son's disappearance. Yakima police say the investigation into Larry Riegel remains open and active. If you have any information, call police.
