WSP Warning of New Scam
The Washington State Patrol is warning of a new scam soliciting donations by phone to support "Amber Alerts."
The W-S-P says they do not rely on public donations for the administration of the system and you should not contribute.
Authorities urge you to ask plenty of questions and research a charity to make sure it's legitimate before making any contributions.
