Police Arrest Suspected Child Rapist in Kennewick
Police arrest a Kennewick man suspected of child rape.
38-year-old Alfonso Vidrio was charged today with three counts of raping a child following an investigation that started in October.
Police say the victims are known to the suspect and this appears to have been an on-going pattern with these children.
