Flags At Half Staff Tuesday
Governor Chris Gregoire ordered flags to be flown at half staff in Washington to honor a fallen solder.
United States Petty Officer 1st Class Sean P. Carson, of Des Moines, WA, died in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan on August 16th.
Gregoire said she was deeply saddened by the loss, and encouraged all government entities, citizens and businesses to join in the recognition.
